Warszawa, Europlex
2026-02-04
A complex with office and commercial functions, which, in addition to offices, also houses restaurants, shops and service outlets. It was built between 1997 and 1999 according to a design by Tadeusz Spychała, the architect of many other buildings in Warsaw, including the InterContinental and Sheraton hotels and Kolmex. It stands on the site of the modernist Moskwa cinema (famous for Chris Niedenthal’s photograph), which was demolished in 1996, leaving behind two lion sculptures by Józef Trenarowski in front of the office building. The building was constructed on a U-shaped plan and has 16 above-ground floors and 3 underground floors. Address: 17 Puławska Street, Warsaw.
