Białystok, Church of Casimir the Prince
2026-02-04
This two-story church, built in the postmodern style between 1983 and 1993, was designed by Jan Krutul. The church is distinguished by its undulating, boat-shaped roof, a lantern-like tower, and the red and white national colors of the façade. The date “1981,” prominently displayed next to the entrance, commemorates the year the church’s construction permit was obtained after a long period of struggle with the communist authorities. Address: Święty Kazimierza 2, Białystok.
