This office building was built in 1996, designed by Croatian Miljenko Dumenčić, who was associated with Poland and was the creator of Pazim in Szczecin and Ilmet in Warsaw, among others. Considered by its designer to be one of the best projects of his career, it is located at 21 Śląska Street, Gdynia.
