In July 2020, a 15-tonne metal fragment of the tower of the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Grajewo was dismantled. The openwork, postmodernist structure of the tower, characteristic of other designs by Tadeusz Zipser, was considered ugly and uneconomical to renovate. The tower received a new ‘calm’ superstructure with a cross, and numerous comments appeared on the local forum of the e-Grajewo.pl portal expressing hope that the temple would no longer appear on lists of the ugliest churches in Poland. The building, together with its extensive church facilities, was built between 1988 and 2000. Address: 98 Wojska Polskiego Street, Grajewo.
