The Bank Handlowy office building was built in 1995 according to a design by Andrzej Kapuścik. A year later, the building won the Grand Prix at the Silesian Voivodeship Architecture of the Year competition. In early 2025, the building was sold to the Fortress Group, which plans to completely renovate it. Address: Sokolska Street 29, Katowice.
