A small shopping and service centre, whose construction was initiated and carried out by the Municipal Housing Authority in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The building was erected on an empty corner plot in the city centre, where a market used to operate. In 2009, the architectural competition announced by MZGM was won by the Archad Artur Moryson Design Studio. The investment took two consecutive years to complete. Currently, the main tenants of the property are the Mellon restaurant (Mellon Pub & Restaurant), occupying the top floor with a viewing terrace, and Alior Bank, which has its headquarters on the ground floor of the building.
