The residential complex was built adjacent to the historic Bamberski Dwór (Bamberski Manor House), built in the late 19th century by settlers from German Bamberg. The team designed it in a historicizing postmodern style, referencing the 19th-century Bamberski architecture in the Jeżyce district. The facades of the buildings along Kościelna and Wawrzyńca Streets feature partitions imitating half-timbered walls, bay windows topped with steep, domed roofs, and sections clad with clinker brick. In the corner of the complex stands a statue of the Virgin Mary – a replica of the 15th-century Madonna of Jeżyce, destroyed in 1940, and recreated in 2001 by Romuald Łuczko. Bamberski Dwór was built between 2000 and 2003. Address: corner of Kościelna and Wawrzyńca Streets, Poznań.
