A church in the Piątkowo housing estate in Poznań, built intermittently from 1990 to 2012. The church was designed by Eugeniusz Skrzypczak, a student of Jerzy Buszkiewicz, with whom he collaborated on the concept of the postmodern Green Hill in Murowana Goślina. Skrzypczak’s church has received mixed, mostly critical reviews, usually similar to this one from nearplace.com: “Bold architecture. The interior is beautiful, but very austere. The exterior is much worse. From a distance, it resembles a bunker or an airplane hangar. The facade is bare, all concrete.
