The church was built between 1980 and 1983, designed by Andrzej Maleszka. Based on a modified design for a catechetical house, its three classrooms were incorporated into the church space in the form of an amphitheatrical choir. The exterior forms the hanging wings of the main nave, extending beyond the ground floor walls. This resulted in a successful and unique exterior, while the interior was enhanced by spacious balconies surrounding the main altar on three sides. Although the first service held in the church was a midnight mass in 1983, the church was not consecrated until over two decades later, in 2005. Address: Osiedle Tysiąclecia 73, Poznań.
