The residential complex on Dolna Wilda Street in Poznań was built between 1997 and 1998 by the real estate development company Agencja Inwestycyjna. The complex, and particularly its facades facing Dolna Wilda Street, are characterized by characteristic solutions of Polish postmodernism in residential construction of the 1990s: the transformation and simplification of historical forms, a variety of shapes, decorative imitations, and a rich color palette. The buildings feature truss tympanums, an openwork dome, arches, steep roofs, a gate in the façade, and fully glazed, colorful staircases. Address: Dolna Wilda 88, Poznań.
