The development was built throughout the 1990s and later expanded with single-family homes and terraced houses. Designed by Marian Fikus for employees of the adjacent Adam Mickiewicz University campus in Poznań, it was planned as a small town with a traditional street layout and a small square. The buildings’ architecture evokes postmodern solutions such as canopies, towers, columns, mansard roofs, and arcades. Address: Różany Potok Estate, Umultowo, Poznań.
