A shopping and cultural center where, in accordance with the vision of its founder, Grażyna Kulczyk, half of the project is dedicated to retail and services, and the other half to arts-related activities (the 50:50 principle). The complex was created through the adaptation and expansion of the 19th-century Hugger Brewery between 1998 and 2003, based on the award-winning design by Studio ADS (Piotr Barełkowski, Przemysław Borkowicz). In 2007, the center was expanded with a new wing on the west side, reaching a total area of ​​approximately 130,000 m². In 2015, Stary Browar changed ownership, which is currently owned by Deutsche Asset Management. Address: Półwiejska Street 42, Poznań.
