One of the first modern Polish office and hotel complexes of the 1990s transformation. The main dominant feature of the expansive building is the 92-meter-high glass tower, which houses, among other things, the offices of the Polish Steamship Company. The eastern part of the complex is occupied by two wings of the 4-star Radisson Blu Hotel. Built between 1990 and 1992, the building was designed by the Croatian architect Miljenko Dumenčić, who was associated with Poland. Address: Pl. Rodła 8, Szczecin.
