A complex of terraced single-family homes in Praga-Południe, near Saska Kępa. The development was designed in 1994 by Wojciech Hermanowicz, Piotr Majewski, and Andrzej Wyszyński. The development was built between 1996 and 1997. A distinctive feature of all 60 segments, combined into five elongated buildings, are their semicircular, blue roofs. The complex received a third-degree award from the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration (1998).
