Scheduled for demolition and replacement with a taller skyscraper, this office building at Rondo ONZ in Warsaw was built between 1995 and 1997, designed by Miljenko Dumenčić and Mirosław Kartowicz for the Austrian company Ilbau. It has 22 floors above ground and three underground, with underground parking for approximately 180 cars. Slated for demolition for over a decade, it has been virtually empty for several years – the exception being 2022, when it became a shelter and support center for war refugees from Ukraine. In 2016, it was acquired by a subsidiary of Skanska. In October 2025, the city issued final approval for the construction of a new skyscraper on the former Ilmet plot. Called Warsaw One, the office building will be 188 meters tall and offer over 60,000 square meters of office space. It was designed by the Danish architectural firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen. Address: al. Jana Pawła II 15, Warsaw.
