The “Kaskada” Banking and Office Center on Jana Pawła II Avenue was built between 1996 and 1998, designed by Jerzy Skrzypczak and Jerzy Janczak (J&J Architecture Design Office), which received the Second Degree Award from the Ministry of Interior and Administration. In 2020, the office building underwent a thorough interior renovation.
