This irregular complex of interconnected buildings, varying in style, color, and height, with an internal courtyard on Powsińska Street was built at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s (most likely between 1989 and 1995). The complex was built by the Epoka Housing Cooperative, and its architectural design was created by Paweł Kasprzycki, Marek Mierzejewski, and Rafał Zagórowski. The building is one of the most striking examples of postmodernism in Warsaw’s Sadyba district. In 1995, it was nominated for the “Życie w Architekturze” award in the category “Best Building in Warsaw 1989–1995.” Address: corner of Limanowskiego and Powsińska Streets, Warsaw.
