This villa in Saska Kępa was built in 1993 according to a 1986 design by Jarosław Malinowski. The house is a three-segment terraced house in a palatial style with three independent numbers (24, 26, and 28). It has a total area of ​​760 square meters. The building was a finalist in the first edition of the “Life in Architecture” competition as one of the best Warsaw projects from 1989–1995. Address: Genewska Street 24, 24, and 28, Warsaw.
