A skyscraper on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, built and designed by the controversial Turkish businessman Vahap Toy (later expelled from Poland) between 1996 and 1999. Known as the “toi-toi,” it is also due to the building’s exterior, postmodern aesthetic reminiscent of blue outdoor restrooms. Over the years, it has operated under various names, initially as Reform Plaza, later – after being acquired by a well-known bank – Millennium Plaza, and for several years as Atlas Tower. Address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 123a, Warsaw.
