A 13-story apartment building on Grójecka Street in Warsaw, the upper, semicircular section is residential, while the lower three floors, shaped like an irregular “U,” serve as offices. The building was designed by the Art-System studio, with Michał Kober as the lead designer, and collaborators Mariusz Szabłowski, Jarosław Wojtach, and Małgorzata Woźnicka.
