A model example of a gated community, heavily secured and monitored, enclosed by fences and barriers, offering costly comfort to approximately 5,000 beneficiaries of the 1990s political transformation in Poland. It encompasses a fenced area of over 21 hectares, with no public road or path. Instead, it includes private amenities: a forest, an artificial pond with footbridges, causeways, jetties, and forced water circulation, a landscape park, fitness trails, outdoor gyms, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, and numerous service outlets. The development encompasses apartment blocks, apartment buildings, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and residences. The development was built between 2003 and 2006, and was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates for the development company Dom Development.
