‘Najntisy’, or the 1990s in the form of a palace in the capital city. This pink, postmodern, class B office building was constructed between 1989 and 1993 according to a design by Krzysztof Chwalibog, Ryszard Girtler and Jerzy Kołomycki. It features typical and cutting-edge architectural solutions of the transition period: a colonnade, reflective glass in a metal grid, a risalit and arches. Over the years, the building has been the headquarters of many construction and development companies. Among others, it housed companies from the J.W. Construction group and the JW Architecture design office. Currently, the owner and main manager is REDCO. Address: 47 Okopowa Street, Warsaw.
