It’s no coincidence that the office building on Domaniewska Street in Warsaw resembles a kettle and the letter “Z.” The glass building, characteristic of the transformation era, was built by the Swiss company Zepter, known for its household appliances. The building, constructed between 1999 and 2001, was designed by Zoran Simić and Zbigniew Garbowski. The building has eight floors above ground and one underground level, offering 12,000 square meters of office space for lease. Address: Domaniewska Street 37, Warsaw.
