Wrocław’s high-tech postmodernism. A rare example of the use of high-quality materials in 1990s postmodern architecture, it features glass and steel alongside Strzelin granite. The building was constructed between 1997 and 1999 on a triangular corner plot between Lelewela and Kolejowa Streets. Its designers were Andrzej Jarosiński and Maciej Quasner. The NBP building on Lelewela Street won first prize in the “Lower Silesian Construction of the Year 1999” competition in the “Special Objects” category and second prize in the “National Construction of the Year 2000” competition. Address: Lelewela Street 14, Wrocław.
