A colorful, eclectic complex of residential and commercial buildings, built between 1996 and 1999 by the Metalowiec Housing Cooperative, designed by Wojciech Jarząbek and his Studio Ar-5 team (Jan Matkowski, Jacek Sroczyński, Paweł Jaszczuk). The buildings are located in the block of Ołowiana, Pereca, and Żelazna Streets. They are characterized by vibrantly colored facades typical of postmodernism, windows varying in shape and size, a play on decorative elements, and distinct shapes of neighboring buildings.
