A postmodern version of a Renaissance urban palace with enclosed windows and glass walls. The building was constructed between 1998 and 2000 next to St. Elizabeth’s Basilica, just off Wrocław’s Market Square. Its architects were Dorota Jarodzka-Śródka, Kazimierz Śródka, Teresa Dorenda, and Tomasz Świątkowski. The project won awards and titles such as Most Beautiful Building of 2000, Lower Silesian Building of the Year 2000, and Most Beautiful Building of the Last Decade (2nd place).
